Water Loss in Yucaipa, CA

This flooded home in Yucaipa, CA resulted from a leak due to a broken water filter connected to the toilet. As a result, many of the rooms throughout the home were affected with water. SERVPRO of Beaumont/Banning has the expertise and equipment to mitigate residential water losses just like this one. The before picture shows affected carpet in the master bedroom. The after picture was taken once water had been extracted and the area properly dried. Due to large water damage, the flooring had to be removed to better facilitate the drying process and to prevent further damage. Within days, the affected areas were dry and ready for reconstruction. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and was thrilled with the results.
