SERVPRO people are my guardian angels because they clean up what I don't have the stomach for. My brother who has mild dementia is incompetent an I do everything for him except clean up his bathroom mess. Earlier this year they also cleaned out and hauled of his many years of hoarding junk in the heat of summer before I had air conditioning installed. The staff was always on time and very considerate at all times. They updated us on their scheduled arrival times and were very honest and professional throughout their service here. Treated us and my children with the upmost respect. They treated my disabled son as if he was just another person (which is very important in my book).
